Operative part

O R D E RShaffique, J.The Review Petition is filed against the judgment dated19.9.2012 in W.A.No. 1628 of 2012. The only ground taken is that in the application form the petitioner had informed that the place of death is Perinad, but on enquiry the Panchayat has found that it was Thiruvananthapuram and therefore the particulars stated in the application is not admitted. The learned Single Judge had clearly indicated that irrespective of the place of death, the Panchayat is bound to register the death and issue the certificate. That being the situation, we do not think that the situation warrants any interference by way of review. Therefore, the Review Petition is dismissed. MANJULA CHELLUR, CHIEF JUSTICE A.M.SHAFFIQUE, JUDGEvgs20.11
