JUDGMENT The learned single Judge did not interdict with the right of the appellants to conduct the written test, but only directed that appointments can be taken up only after completion of the enquiry made mention to Ext.P3. It is impugned. The learned single Judge has also directed that such enquiry shall be completed within 30 days from the date of the judgment. Necessarily no prejudice is caused to the appellants.
