The petitioner is the third accused in CrimeNo.373/2006 of Chittur Police Station registered under Sections415, 417, 420 read with Section 34 IPC. 2. On hearing both sides, I am of the view that thepetitioner is to be granted the order sought for.3. It is hereby directed that in the event of arrest of thepetitioner in connection with the above crime, he shall bereleased on bail by the officer concerned on executing a bond forRs.25,000/- with two solvent sureties each for the like amount tothe satisfaction of the above officer.
It is further stipulated thatthe petitioner shall appear before proper court and seek bailwithin a period of thirty days. He shall make available forinterrogation by the police officer. He shall not in any mannerinterfere with the investigation. K.R.UDAYABHANU JUDGEcsl
