UDAYABHANU, J.------------------------------------------------------B.A.NO 2206 OF 2007------------------------------------------------------------DATED THIS THE 24TH DAY OF APRIL 2007ORDERThis is an application for anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C.The petitioners are the accused in Crime No. 180/07 of Ottappalam PoliceStation on the basis of a private complaint. The offences alleged are underSections 308, 506 (i) r/w 34 of I.P.C. It is submitted that only certainabrasions have been sustained by the rider as well as the pillion rider of thetwo wheeler involved.

#2. On hearing both sides, I am of the view that the petitioners are to begranted the order sought for.3. It is hereby directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioners inconnection with Crime No. 180/2007, they shall be released on bail by theofficer concerned on executing a bond for Rs.25,000/- each with two solventsureties each for the like amount to the satisfaction of the above officer. It isfurther stipulated that the petitioners shall appear before proper court andseek bail within a period of thirty days. They shall make available forinterrogation by the police officer. They shall not in any manner interferewith the investigation. K.R.UDAYABHANU.RV JUDGE.
