The learned single Judge has directed to interview the writ petitioners only provisionally making it clear that such interview will not confer any right on the petitioners to stake a claim to be included in the final select list or for selection. Therefore, the appellant - Public Service Commission cannot feel aggrieved or prejudiced by the impugned order of the learned single Judge.
