The DNA report has been received in a sealed cover before us from the Rajiv Gandhi Centre for Biotechnology which is to the following effect. ” The DNA test performed on the exhibits provided is sufficient to conclude that the source of Exhibit 'C'(Shanavaskhan) is the biological father of the source of Exhibit 'B' (Baby of Sumayya). The source of Exhibit 'A' (Sumayya) is the biological mother of the source of Exhibit 'B' (Baby of Sumayya)”. Both sides requested for copy of the DNA report. Copy may be given on application.
