The office has raised the objection with regard to the maintainability that in the light of Section 19(4) of the Family Court Act, 1984, the RPFC is not maintainable.

The said office objection is sustained and the petitioner is permitted to convert the revision petition into a writ petition within a period of one week from date of receipt of copy of the order.
