1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a) b) c) d) Call for the records which ultimately resulted in passing the impugned order passed in Dispute No.DRD /PÀ: gÁ ¸Ë ¸ÀA ¸À ¤/783/2022-23 dated 27.03.2023 by the 2nd respondent - Annexure-E. Issue an order, direction or writ in the nature of certiorari quashing impugned order passed in Dispute No.DRD//PÀ: gÁ ¸Ë ¸ÀA ¸À ¤/783/2022-23 dated 27.03.2023 by the 2nd respondent - Annexure-E. Declare that the dispute raised under Section 39 of the Karnataka Souharda Sahakari Act, 1997 by respondents no.3 & 4, is illegal, without jurisdiction. Issue such other relief/as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit, in the facts and circumstances of the case, to meet the ends of justice.

2. What is challenged is an award passed in a dispute raised by Respondent Nos.3 & 4 under Section 39 of the Karnataka Souharda Sahakari Act, 1997. The petitioner has an alternative and efficacious remedy in terms of the appeal before the Karnataka Administrative Tribunal as held by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in its order dated - 5 - NC: 2025:KHC:26364 WP No. 216 of 2025 HC-KAR
