These two applications have been filed for bringing L.Rs. of respondent No.1 on record, who is said to have died on 10.2.2006 and the other application is for condonation of delay in bringing L.Rs. It is stated that the applicant came to know of the death of the respondent No.1 when the Counsel had informed the Court about the death of respondent No.1. In view of what has been stated, the delay stands condoned. Abatement stands set aside and the L.Rs. of respondent No.1, be brought on record. SMA C. L. PAGANARKAR,J. 2
