#1. Adv. Shri V.N. Upadhye is present for the applicants. No one is present for the respondents when called out. The Civil Application is for condonation of delay of 97 days in filing the appeal. It is stated in para 2 of the application that after copy was received, the Branch Office referred the matter to the Divisional Office and then the file was forwarded to the Regional Office. The Regional Office granted approval for filing the appeal on 18.01.2010. There was paucity of funds and entire amount was deposited under Section 30 of the Workmens Compensation Act. 2
