The petitioner has to obtain appropriate clarification from the Bench which has passed earlier orders dated 6th January, 2011. In this situation, upon instructions, Advocate Mr.Hon states that, obtaining clarification and thereafter obtaining orders on merit, may consume a considerable time and the petitioner may miss chance to take advantage of the policy decision under which, interest waiver is available. He submits that the last date for applying under it, is 30th June, 2012. For these reasons, the petitioner wishes to withdraw the petition. Therefore, 2 726-12-wp.odt upon instructions, Mr.Hon seeks leave to withdraw the petition. 2] Hence, to enable the petitioner to take advantage of the scheme as formulated, we permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition.
