#1. Though this Court granted time on 11th March, 2011 subject to payment of costs of Rs.1,000/- to present Applicant, the petitioner has neither filed reply nor paid

the costs. Advocate Shri Salunke for Petitioner states that inspite of his best efforts the petitioner has still not contacted him. In the circumstances, the petitioners shall pay monthly salary to Respondent from 1st April, 2011 until further orders of this Court in the matter.

#2. Respondent No.2 Education Officer shall examine the increased number of sections/ students in the petitioner school and find out whether workload to provide work to the present Applicant viz. Respondent No.1 Smt. 2 FARAD CONTINUATION SHEET NO. IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY APPELLATE SIDE, BENCH AT AURANGABAD. CIVIL APPLN. NO.: 5260 PF 2010 IN WRIT PETITION NO.: 1 OF 2001 Office Notes, Office Memoranda of Coram, appearances, Court’s orders or directions and Registrar’s orders. Court’s or Judge’s orders. Rajashree is available. The said exercise be completed by education officer by 20th JUne, 2011 and the report must be received by this Court by said date. Respondent no.1 Smt. Rajashree to communicate this order to Respondent No.2 Education Officer. Hamdast for said purpose.
