#2. Petitioner shall pay costs of Rs. 10,000/- to Respondent Nos.1 to 3 who are
plaintiffs before the trial Court by depositing the same by 30th of April, 2011. If the costs are so deposited by the petitioner/ defendant, the Respondent Nos.1 to 3/ plaintiffs are permitted to withdraw the same. Upon payment of such cost, trial Court shall accept written statement on record and proceed further with the trial expeditiously. Petition is disposed of accordingly.
