The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the purchaser of the Mill is a proper party in the matter, and, therefore, he may be formally joined as party-respondent.

Chamber Summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). Necessary amendment be carried out within one week.

Learned counsel for the parties submit that the problems are almost settled, and for the purpose of finalising the same, the matters be adjourned.
