HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE SAMUDRALA GOVINDARAJULU CRIMINAL PETITION No.5522 of 2012 ORDER : The petitioner/A-1 is accused of offence punishable under Section 306/34 I.P.C along with others. It is alleged that A-1 to A-10 attacked the deceased on the ground that she was practising sorcery and beat her and that therefore she became disturbed and committed suicide by hanging. It is contended that there are no valid allegations under Section 306 I.P.C in this case. A-2 to A-10 were already arrested. 2) In the circumstances, the petitioner/A-1 is directed to surrender before the Judicial Magistrate of the First Class, Kamareddy on or before 30.07.2012 in which event he shall be released on bail on furnishing personal bond for Rs.10,000/- together with two sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the same Magistrate. _______________________________ SAMUDRALA GOVINDARAJULU, J July 16, 2012
