Considering the averments so made in the petition and the submission mad e by the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is ordered that the claimant pet itioner is allowed to withdraw 50% of the awarded amount so deposited by the Ins urance Company with the Registry of this court in terms of the order dated 19.3. 10 in the aforesaid case upon proper identification of the petitioner. Misc. case stands disposed of.
