Perused the case diary. This is an application under section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking bail of Sri Bip ul Kakati in connection with Sualkuchi P.S. Case No. 25/2009 under section 420/4 09 IPC. The allegation made in the FIR relates to misappropriation of Bank money. Having heard the learned counsel for both the parties, and the materials collect ed by the Investigating Officer, I do not find it to be a fit case to extend the benefit of pre-arrest bail. Hence the prayer for bail stands rejected.
