Heard Mr. N. Dhar, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Das, the learned standing counsel, Education Department. The grievance of the petitioner is that they were appointed as hono rary teacher in provincilised schools but their services were regularised agai nst regular vacancy by different orders passed by the then D.I. of Schools, Silc har. In spite of such regularization the petitioners are not getting their salar ies from the month of March, 2001 till date. In view of the earlier decision of this Court, I am of the consider ed opinion that this is a fit case which requires to be examined by the high pow er committee to be constituted as per the order of the Court to look into the gr ievance of the petitioner. The petitioners would be entitled to file his application praying for salary before the Director of Elementary Education and in the event of filing s uch application the high power committee would take up the case of the petitione rs and disposed of the application as expeditiously as possible. Writ Petition stands disposed of.
