It is stated at the bar by the learned counsel for the parties that the issue ra ised in this writ petition has already been decided by this Court vide orders da ted 7.6.2007 rendered in W.P(C)No. 2420/07 and W.P(C)No. 2426 of 2007 and accor dingly a request has been made to close this writ petition in terms of the dir ection recorded in the above mentioned two cases. Having regard to the order dated 7.6.2007 as placed before this Court an d also upon haring the learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition stand s closed providing that the direction issued in those writ petitions shall be e xtended to the writ petitioner herein. Copies of the orders dated 7.6.2007 passed W.P(C)No. 2420/07 and W.P(C )No. 2426 of 2007 so placed before this Court be kept herein to form part of th e records.
