Heard the learned counsel for the parties including the learned State Counsel, A ssam representing the official respondents. As agreed to and taking into account the issue raised in this writ petit ion and also upon hearing the learned counsel for the parties, this Court propos es to dispose of this writ petition to-day itself at the motion stage with a dir ection to the Commissioner and Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Fishery Departme nt, Dispur, Guwahati-6 to consider and dispose of the Representation dated 01.0 3.07 ( Annexure 16 to the writ petition) so presented by the petitioner before him in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a per iod of 30 days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. It is ordered accordingly. The petitioner shall be at liberty to furnish a certified copy of this order a long with the copy of the writ petition with all annexures appended thereto to the competent authority as indicated above , to do the needful.
