Heard learned counsel for the parties including the learned State counsel, Assam representing the official respondents. Having considered the issued raised in this writ petition which pertains to sett lement of the market in question and also upon hearing learned counsel for the p arties, this writ petition stands closed at the motion stage today itself with a direction to the respondent No.4, the Chief Executive Officer, Golaghat Zilla P arishad, Golaghat to consider and dispose of the representation dated 5.4.2007 ( Annexure -4 to the writ petition) so presented by the petitioner before him, in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 1 5 days from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order. The petitioner shall be at liberty to furnish a certified copy of this order alo ng with a copy of the writ petition including the annexures appended thereto bef ore the authority concerned to do the needful. This disposes of this writ petition.
