Heard learned counsel for the parties including the learned Standing Counsel, N .F.Railway, representing the official respondents. Keeping in view the issue raised in this writ petition and also upon hea ring the learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition stands closed toda y itself at the motion stage with a direction to the Respondent No.6, the Di visional Engineer, N.F.Railway, Dibrugarh, Assam to consider and dispose of the representation dated 20.6.2007 so preferred before him (Annexure-2 to the w rit petition) in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably w ithin a period of thirty days from today. Petitioner shall furnish a certified copy of this order accompanied by a copy of the writ petition with all its Annexures appended thereto before the competent authority to do the needful. Till the disposal of the aforesaid representation within the time frame as indicated above, the impugned order dated 1.6.2007 (Annexure-1 to the writ p etition) shall not be given effect to. This disposes of the writ petition.
