The present revision petition has been filed by the applicant with the following prayer:-

It is therefore, most humbly prayed that above criminal revision may kindly be allowed and the 2 charge dated 14.11.2018 framed against the applicant for the charge U/s 4(B), 5 of the Explosive Substance Act, 1908 may kindly be set-aside, in the interest of justice.

It appears that with the passage of time, the petitioner has lost interest in pursuing this matter.
