15-05-2013 Learned counsel for petitioners, at the very outset, in presence of learned A.C. to Standing Counsel XVII, submits that since the present writ petition pertains to a dispute under Section 48 E of the Bihar Tenancy Act, 1885, and during pendency of the petition for adjudicating such 2 Patna High Court CWJC No.18884 of 2008 (2) dt.15-05-2013 dispute, an appropriate forum as Land Tribunal has been constituted and functioning, this matter may be referred to the Land Tribunal. In this case, till date, no order has been passed for issuance of notice to private respondents. Accordingly, in view of submission made by learned counsel for petitioners as well as in view of provision contained in Section 15 of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009, the Registry is directed to transmit the record of this case to the Land Tribunal forthwith.
