01-05-2013 It was jointly submitted by learned counsel for the parties that since the present writ petition pertains to a dispute under Section 48 E of the Bihar Tenancy Act, 1885, this matter may be referred to the Land Tribunal, constituted and functioning under the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009. Accordingly, in view of submission made by learned counsel for the parties as well as in view of 2 Patna High Court CWJC No.14238 of 2002 (23) dt.01-05-2013 provision contained in Section 15 of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009, the Registry is directed to transmit the record of the case to the Land Tribunal forthwith.
