JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 3 13-05-2013 It was submitted by Sri Satish Chandra Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners in presence of learned A.C. to Government Pleader No. 15, that out of same ceiling proceeding brother of petitioners had approached this court by filing a writ petition vide CWJC No. 9994 of 2008 and this court by order dated 22.4.2013 has directed the Registry for transmitting the record to the “Land Tribunal” constituted under the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009. He submits that record of present writ petition may also be remitted to the Tribunal. In view of the fact and circumstances as well as in view Patna High Court CWJC No.17802 of 2008 (3) dt.13-05-2013 of provision contained in Section 15 of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009, the Registry is directed to transmit the record of this case to the Tribunal forthwith.
