18.09.2013 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is husband of the deceased and admittedly, deceased died within three months of her marriage in suspicious condition at the house of the petitioner and furthermore, there is allegation of demand of dowry as well as torture against the petitioner. Accordingly, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Sessions trial no. 550/2012 arising out of Nautan P.S. Case no. 195/2012 pending in the court of Adhoc. Addl. Sessions Judge IV, Bettiah, West Champaran stands rejected. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J)
