08.02.2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report and his name came in this case in the confessional statement of one co- accused Chhotu Mishra @ Surendra Mishra who disclosed that after committing alleged crime, co-accused Sheru Singh had taken shelter in the house of the petitioner who happens to be uncle of the aforesaid Sheru Singh. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, Din Bandhu Singh, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sessions Judge, Buxar in Sessions trial no. 244/2011 arising out of Buxar Nagar (T) P.S.
