It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner was arrested on the same day when the victim girl and Ratan Mahton are still traceless. Considering the nature of accusation and the petitioner being a lady, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Bachhwara P.s.
