JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02/ 21-03-2012 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged the petitioner got appointment as Vikash Mitra in the panchayat on forged educational certificate. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that before joining of the petitioner the certificate was verified, hence, petitioner could not receive any remuneration in pursuance appointment. Considering the fact that petitioner is lady and has not received any money in pursuance to the Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8611 of 2012 (2) dt.21-03-2012 appointment, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Simari P.S. Case No. 181 of 2011, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. It is made clear that if the petitioner has received any money she will return the same before execution of the bail bond. DKS/ (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J.) .
