JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH) 2 24-01-2012 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences under Sections 323, 341, 325, 504/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 3(1)(X) of the S.C. & S.T.(Prevention of Atrocities) Act. Accusation is of making assault and abusing by calling caste name. It appears that during investigation police found the accusation false and submitted final form, but differing with the same, cognizance has been taken. It is submitted that earlier also the complainant’s side lodged the case against the petitioner. Considering the fact that accusation was found false by the police during investigation, let the petitioners namely 1. Prem Narain Trivedi 2. Sanjay Kumar Trivedi 3. Sanjeev Kumar Trivedi 4. Ajay Kumar Trivedi, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Dalsingsarai, Samastipur in connection with Complaint Case No. CR 535 of 2010.
