/Respondent/Complainant Counsel for the Petitioner : SRI P NARAHARI BABU Counsel for the Respondent: PUBLIC PROSECUTOR Petition under Section 528 of BNSS is filed praying that in the circumstances stated in the memorandum of grounds filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition of imposed in Criminal Petition No.9600 of 2024 that the petitioner reporting before the Station House Officer concerned, once in a week i.e., on every Saturday between 10.00 am and 01.00 pm, till filing of the charge sheet while grating regular bail to petitioner. Pending disposal of CRLP No. 9600 of 2024, on the file of the High Court. The court while directing issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this application should not be complied with, made the following order. (The receipt of this order will be deemed to be the receipt of notice in the case). The Court made the following
ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions. For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed support of the petition, the condition imposed on the petitioner herein vide orders in Crl.P.No.9600 of 2024 dated 06.01.2025 to appear before the Station House Officer concerned, once in a week i.e., on every Saturday between 10.00 A.M., and 01.00 P.M., till filing of the charge sheet, is hereby relaxed. However, the petitioner shall make himself available to the Investigating Officer as and when required. Accordingly, the I.A.No.1 of 2025 is allowed.
