The Criminal Petition, u/Sec.482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, is filed on behalf of the petitioner/Al to grant anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No.277/2024 of Kadiri Town Police Station, Sri Sathya Sai District. 2) A case has been regl®stered agalnst the petl'tl'oner and others for the offences punl'shable under sectI'OnS 318(4), 336(2), 338, 340(2), 351(2) read wl'th 3(5) of B.N.S. 3) case of the prosecutl-on l'n brjefI'S that.I Al to A5 and the deraofo coma/a,-nanf are the absolute owners of the land of an extent of Ac.0.021/2 Cents situated l'n sy. No.660-3 of Kadjri Revenue vlllage v,de Doc. No.5184/2007 dated 21.4.2007 havI'ng obtained fit the same under a decree ln o s No 16/2005 on the file of the Dlstrl'ct Judge, An'anthapuram. subsequently, Al to A5 sold the sal-d property to one MH.lnayatuIIah wl'thout the consent and knowledge of the c/efacfo comp/a,nanf, by forgl'ng hI'S Slgnatures on ratI'On card and by producI'ng the forged documents before the sub Regl'strar offfce, Kadjrj A6 and A7 signed as wI|tnesses ln the said regIStered document and A8, who l's the document wrl'ter, prepared the sal-d document.
4) Heard. perusedtherecord. 5) A perusal of the materlal avallable on record goes to show that the defacfo complal'nant and Al to A5 alleged to have purchased the subject property together through court vI'de Doc. No.5183/2007, dated 21.4.2007 and Ion turn Al to A5 executed a document v,-de Doc. No.3887/2008, dated o48.2008 and after long tlme, the present complaint has been lodged against the petltIOners The dISPute IS Wlth regard to the subject property iy--I `{Tj and it is not the stage to decide the culpability of the petitioner by accepting the allegations. ln view of the aforesaid circumstances, this court is inclined to grant the prayer of the petitioner/Al for grant of anticipatory bail. 6) Accordingly, in the event of his arrest with regard to this crime, petitioner/Al shall be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only), with two sureties for the like sum to the satisfaction of the arresting police officials and also on condition that the petitioner shall make himself available for investigatl'on as and when required and that he shall not cause any threat, inducement or promise to the prosecution witnesses. The petitioner shall appear before the station House Officer concerned, once in a week i.e. on every sunday between 10.00 a.m. and
