Judgment
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The present petition arises out of challenge to the proceedings initiated for determination of vacancy under U.P. Act No.13 of 1972.
Operative part
Considering the fact that the said Act has been repealed by the U.P. Regulation of Urban Premises Tenancy Act, 2021, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to initiate fresh proceedings, if so advised, in accordance with law under the Tenancy Act, 2021. In case, such proceedings are initiated, the same shall be decided in accordance with law within the time as prescribed under the Statutes. The orders impugned in the present writ petition will not come in the way of deciding the fresh application.
