Heard Sri Ranvir Singh, learned Advocate holding brief of Sri Pramod Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner. By means of this petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution, petitioner prays for expeditious disposal of pending Rent Case No. 2819 of 2023 before the rent authority under U.P. Regulation of Urban Premises Tenancy Act, 2021. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the tenant has already put in appearance and filed objections. In view of the above statement so made and pleadings raised, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the rent authority to dispose of the aforesaid pending rent case as expeditiously as possible preferably within statutory period prescribed under Section 33(2) of the said Act without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
