Sri Akhilesh Kumar Srivastava, Advocate has filed his power on behalf of the opposite party Nos.5 and 6 as well as Sri Ashish Kumar, Advocate has filed his power on behalf of the Nagar Nigam, Lucknow, which are taken on record. Heard. Against the mutation proceedings, which have culminated in the order dated 22.02.2025 under Section 33/39 of the Uttar Pradesh Land Revenue Act, 1901, the revision has been filed under Section 219 of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006 before the Commissioner, Lucknow Division, Lucknow within time, which is said to be pending and the application for interim relief is also pending. In the meantime, the Municipal Corporation has given notice for demolition of the structure existing on the land in question, which has now been ordered to be recorded as banjar land. An application for impleadment of the Municipal Corporation has also been filed before the Revisional Court. In view of the aforesaid circumstances, let the Revision of the petitioners, if it is otherwise maintainable, be decided at the earliest, say, within three months from the date, certified copy of this order is placed before the Revisional Court. Till then, the proposed demolition of structure existing on the land in question, which are the subject matter of Revision, shall remain in abeyance subject of course to the final decision, as the very basis of the demolition notice is the order passed in the mutation proceedings.
