Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Anurag Kumar Maurya, learned State Counsel. In view of order proposed to be passed, issuance of notice to the private-respondent(s) is hereby dispensed with. The present petition has been filed for the following main relief:- "Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Opposite Party No.2 i.e. Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Patti, District-Pratapgarh to expeditiously decide the appeal of the petitioner bearing Case No.83/2013-2014, Computerized Case No.T201402570400359 (Kamla Devi Versus Ram Chandar) under section 210 of Uttar Pradesh Land Revenue Act, 1901 within a reasonable period of time as directed by this Hon'ble Court by summoning the paper book of the above said appeal from the vacant court of Sub Divisional Magistrate, Judicial, Tehsil Patti, District Pratapgarh. " Taking note of the facts of the case, this Court is not inclined to give any direction with regard to expeditious disposal of the case filed by the petitioner registered as Case No. 83/2013- 2014, Computerized Case No. T201402570400359 (Kamla Devi Versus Ram Chandar) and the present petition is disposed of with direction to opposite party no.2/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Patti, District-Pratapgarh, to decide the application dated 07.03.2025 (annexed as Annexure No.6 to the present petition), which was preferred by the petitioner for transfer of appeal in issue, within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. It is made clear that the Court has not examined the case of either of the parties on merits and the authority concerned shall be free to decide the matter strictly in accordance with law.
