Heard Sri Hare Krishna Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents and Sri Manoj Nigam for the respondent Bank. The present petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 3 to close the Loan Account of the petitioner due to no any loan amount has been left. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing respondent no. 3 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 17.2.2025 within stipulated period and further not to take any coercive action against the petitioner regarding to the alleged loan amount. " It is submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had taken a loan for establishing a poultry farm. It is argued that the petitioner has already deposited a sum of Rs. 1 lac with the Bank but the subsidy admissible to him under the relevant government orders have not been given. Sri Manoj Nigam, learned counsel for the respondent bank points out that the petitioner has a remedy under Section 70 of the U.P. Co-operative Societies Act, 1965, before the Registrar, with regard to redressal of his grievance. In view of the aforesaid facts, the writ petition stands disposed of with 2 WRIC No. 35394 of 2025 liberty to the petitioner to approach the relevant authority under Section 70 of the U.P. Co-operative Societies Act, 1965, for redressal of his grievance, who shall take an appropriate decision with regard to the grievance of the petitioner, in accordance with law.
