Arising out of R.C. No. 14 (A) 2003 /DAD Under section 7/13(2) read with section 13(1) (d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act,; 1988 P.S. C.B.I. Dehradun District – Dehradun. By the Court Hon’ble Irshad Hussain, J. Heard Sri A.K.Gautam, learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and Sri U.K.Uniyal counsel for respondent No.2. The applicant-accused is a Upper Division Clerk and is alleged to have demanded bribe for facilitating release of G.P.Fund. Considering the facts of the case bail application is allowed. The accused-applicant Atmaram shall be released in R.C. No. 14(A) 2003/DAD under sections 7/13 (2) read with section 13(1) (d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, P.S. CBI Dehradun District Dehradun on his executing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of Special Judge C.B.I. Dehradun.
