(2) Counsel for both the parties submit that the parties i.e. the petitioner and the respondent No.3 have amicably decided the present dispute on the terms and conditions set forth in Para No.2 of the Application No.24374 dated 16.5.2011 which has been filed for deciding the writ petition as per the Compromise. (3) For the reasons mentioned therein, Application No.24374 dated 16.5.2011 is allowed. (4) Consequently, the writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the compromise arrived at between the parties, as mentioned in Para No.2 of the Application No.24374 dated 16.5.2011.
