(Oral) Counsel for the petitioner contends that petitioner will be satisfied in case representation (Annexure P4) made by him is decided by the authorities i.e. respondent No.2, by passing a well reasoned order. Issue notice of motion. On the asking of the Court Mr. A.S. Jattana, Additional Advocate General, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. I find merit in the contention raised by counsel for the petitioner. Accordingly, respondent No.2 is directed to take a conscious decision on representation of the petitioner (Annexure P4) by passing a well reasoned order, within three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Order shall be communicated to the Civil Writ Petition No. 20366 of 2009 2 petitioner by respondent No.2 so that he is able to take recourse to legal remedy, in accordance with the provisions of law.
