(ORAL) During the course of arguments, Mr.Tribhuvan Dahiya has placed before this Court a copy of the communication received by him from the Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd. wherein it is stated that Corporation is agreeable to re-allot the plot in question to the petitioner at the current rate of Rs.4,000/- per square metre subject to compliance of other normal terms and conditions of allotment, as per provisions of the present policy which is uniformly applicable to all CWP No.17453 of 2008 [2] other similarly situated allottees. Same is taken on record. A copy of the communication has been handed over to counsel for the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner state that she accept the offer made by the respondents and in view of this, present writ petition be dismissed as withdrawn. As prayed, dismissed as withdrawn.
