The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the sale deed dated 7.4.2004 (Annexure P- 4) has been got registered by impersonating the petitioner with her sister Manoharjit Kaur. Notice to AG Punjab. On asking of the Court Mr.Yashwinder Singh, AAG Punjab accepts notice. He is to intimate the Court on the adjourned date whether the photograph on the original sale deed dated 7.4.2004 (Annexure P-4) is that of the petitioner or Manoharjit Kaur. List for hearing on 19.8.2004.
Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking directions that Senior Superintendent of Police, Ludhiana should register a case on the complaint preferred by the petitioner against the accused mentioned in the head note. Order dated August 05, 2004 has not been complied with. Furthermore, it has been held in Skiri Vasu v. Criminal Misc. No. 32621-M of 2004 2 State of U.P. 2008 (1) RCR (Criminal) that this Court cannot issue any direction under Section 482 Cr.P.C.
