CORAM:- HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE JASBIR SINGH Present: Ms.Anu Brar, Advocate for the petitioner ….. Jasbir Singh, J.(Oral) In this writ petition it is grievance of the petitioner that despite specific complaint made, instead of registering an FIR, against respondent No.6 and others, only DDR No.35(A) was recorded on 8.7.2009, whereas to the contrary a false FIR was recorded against the petitioner, on that very date. By making reference to medico legal reports and photographs placed on record, counsel for the petitioner states that respondent No.6 and his companions were the aggressor. Allegations have been leveled against SHO concerned for doing favour to the private respondents. During arguments, it transpires that by stating his grievance, the petitioner has sent a representation to the SSP, which is pending undecided. In view of facts mentioned above, this writ petition is disposed of by issuing directions to Senior Superintendent of Police, Kapurthala to Civil Writ Petition No.11668 of 2009 2 take note and decide legal notice served by the petitioner on 13.7.2007 (P7).
