30.6.2006. In the reply filed by the respondents, it is stated that earlier disciplinary proceedings had been initiated and two charge-sheets under Rule 7 of the Haryana Civil Service (Punishment and Appeal) Rule, 1987 was served upon the petitioner. Both the charge-sheets had been decided after his retirement on 3.7.2009 and
2.12.2008 respectively. It is further mentioned that the provisional pension has been sanctioned in favour of the petitioner vide letter dated 28.7.2006 and an amount of Rs.2,60,865/- was released vide letter dated 25.2.2009, CWP No.11439 of 2009 2 besides commutation of pension alongwith leave encashment have also been received by the petitioner. Even pay revision has also been notified. As far as the revised pension is concerned, the matter has been recommended to the Accountant General (A&E), Haryana. In view of the written statement, nothing survives in this petition. It is, however, made clear that all the pending claims of the petitioner be released within three months and if the petitioner has any other claim, he is at liberty to make appropriate representation.
