HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AJAI LAMBA PRESENT Mr. Rajiv Sharma, Advocate for the petitioner. AJAI LAMBA , J( Oral ) This is a petition directed against the order passed by Special Court , Patiala dated 26.9.2006 whereby the petitioner has been asked to give three days notice in writing to the respondent before effecting his arrest. It seems that this liberty was given in view of the stand of the petitioner before that Court that the respondent is being summoned for taking information under Section 67 of the NDPS Act, 1985. I do not find any reason to interfere with the order. Petition is dismissed. November 20,2006 ( AJAI LAMBA ) JUDGE
