The Court made the following : ORDER : ‘ The Petitioner, who is A1 in the crime that has been registered along with another under Section 8© r/w 20(b) of NDPS Act, 1985.It is alleged that ten packets of Ganja weighing 1kg has been recovered from her possession. She has been in judicial custody from 5-5-2004 onwards. The quantity of Ganja involved in the offence as alleged, is not commercial quantity. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner is a lady and has been in judicial custody for more than one month, her request for bail may be considered. In the result petition is allowed and the petitioner shall be enlarged on bail on her executing a bond for Rs. 5000/-.
