Howev owever, learned counsel for the appli e applicant is unable to deny the fact that vide ju ide judgment and decree dated 11.0 y of d 11.02.2021, divorce by way of mutual cons l consent has been granted to the ap the applicant-wife and respondent No. 2-husba husband by virtue of Section 13-B Act, B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, where wherein all disputes stand settled be led between the parties; and it was undertaken b aken by the applicant that she shall w shall withdraw the present Criminal Miscellaneou llaneous Application. Even the settlem settlement amount of Rs.17,00,000/- paid. stands paid. As such, in view of the abov above admitted facts, the present Criminal Mi nal Miscellaneous Application stands d tands disposed of, accordingly.
