Heard learned counsel for the revisionist.

Learned counsel for the revisionist submitted that the matter is pending before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of the Allahabad High Court, and the next date has been fixed for 16.03.2026. The dispute between the parties is matrimonial in nature. It is further submitted that a petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 has been filed before the competent Family Court.

The revisionist is directed to file a copy of the petition along with the certified copy of the order sheet of the petition under section 13-B of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 by way of a supplementary affidavit.

List on 19.03.2026 as fresh.

Learned counsel for the revisionist shall apprise the Court about the further out come of the mediation proceedings.

In the meanwhile, the further proceeding of the Complaint No. 964 of 2023, Smt. Vipasha Versus Lovekesh and others), under section 406 I.P.C., Police Station Aurangabad, District Bulandshahar, shall remain stayed till the next date of listing.

This order has been granted exparte, hence in view of principle of natural justice, the revisionist is hereby directed to take steps by speed post/registered AD within 48 hours and file supplementary affidavit in compliance thereof within a week, failing which the appropriate order for vacation of interim order may be passed on the next date.
