The learned counsel appearing for the parties have jointly submitted that an application under section 13 B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 has been filed by the parties before the competent Court of jurisdiction.
Mr. Lakhan Chandra Roy, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant has submitted that in view of the aforesaid fact, the appellant does not want to press the instant appeal and, as such, he seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the same.
Leave, as prayed for, is granted.
